The Aspiring Project Manager
The Aspiring Project Manager is a FOREVER-FREE course that supports current Higher Education, Student Affairs, and non-profit professionals in learning project management principles, fundamentals, and basics.
let’s get started!!
Course Curriculum
The Aspiring Project Manager covers 60+ lessons over 8 modules (yes, really!), with tons of real-world examples to map to your experience. We’re looking at three major areas:
The Project Life Cycle
The Project Life Cycle is the heart of the course — we’ve structured the entire curriculum around it! You’ll know the stages like the back of your hand by the end. More importantly, you’ll start to see your career in them.
Stakeholders
Any good project manager understands stakeholders and stakeholder analysis deeply — so, of course, by the end, so will you.
Scope
How does a project manager’s role intersect with project scope? How does stewardship intersect with project management as a field? Asked… and answered.
